Courtesies matter: a hospitable greeting from the person who checks the car in, the offer of a "driver car," and a nice place to wait with cold water and cold drinks, Most of all, I like what I think is quality service by technicians on my car. We have also used Alan Bell in purchasing our last two autos. We have really enjoyed working with alan. We rate Butler Lexus with five stars. My only suggestion for those of us who wait on our cars is that Butler make allowances for "readers" as well as "watchers of tv." TVs barring do not make for a good reading experience.
