I brought my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix into Patriot for a check engine light. While diagnosing that problem, it was discovered that my car needed a major front end re-build and there was a coolant leak. Th check engine light. While diagnosing that problem, it was discovered that my car needed a major front end re-build and there was a coolant leak. The costs of these repairs were major and Rebecca got GMC involved under their goodwill program. GMC picked up a major portion of the bill. If Rebecca had not been proactive and gone to bat for me, I would not have been able to afford the repairs. I would recommend Patriot to anyone. They are honest and customer oriented. More

I brought my Pontiac Grand AM '04 in because it was losing coolant. I thought it would be the intake gasket because the mechanic had warned me from another visit that it might happen because it was a c losing coolant. After looking at the car for a few minutes he was able to tell me what was wrong. Even though it was going to be a big job I was still able to get my car back the next day. They even did a bunch of maintaince since my car was already apart they just charged for the parts. Everyone else in the service department was very nice and I got a deal that was way better than any of the other shops I tried calling. More

I went in for an oil change and while I was waiting Rebecca had to break the news to two customers who were sitting in the waiting room with me that they needed hundreds of dollars of work done to thei Rebecca had to break the news to two customers who were sitting in the waiting room with me that they needed hundreds of dollars of work done to their vehicles. She took the time to sit down with them, explain what they needed, and detail what their options were. Her customer service is phenomenal. My wife and I was looking for a 2011 Buick Enclave CXL1 (8 - passenger) 11/15/2011: first time be there, enquired about CXL1, the saleman promised that he could order a 8-passenger CXL1 for us. 11/18 (8 - passenger) 11/15/2011: first time be there, enquired about CXL1, the saleman promised that he could order a 8-passenger CXL1 for us. 11/18/2011: 2nd time, my wife called them to confirm we wanted buy a CXL1 from them and asked about financing. The salesman said he would order the car for us and we would get it by the weekend. 11/23/2011: 3rd time, we stoped by and doube checked the financing. But the car was not delivered! The salesman promised that we would get it next weekend. This week: my wife was trying to touch with him several times and he was always unavailable. Today he called my wife and said we could not get a 8 - seated CXL1. If we still want to buy the car, the price would increase by 20%. How ridiculous it is! In the past three weeks, we kept patient and try to finish this deal. All we want to do is just BUYING A CAR! Why did you put such a simple thing complicated? Why? Why? Thank you for wasting our time!!! More
