Great Service I purchased my Nissan Van at Butler Nissan in Macon and also my new Michelin tires. I had service done there, but although we were told we got complimentary rotations I was charged 21.95 plus my oil change. I decided to go to Butler Ford in Milledgeville the next time since my husband uses them for his F150. The service was great. I was in and out in one hour. I did have an appointment. Their works service was much cheaper then Nissan and since I had bought my tires from the Butler group, my rotation was complimentary. Other dealerships need to take a lesson from these people. They are great. More

Canadian Travelers We were on our way to Florida with our Ford F150 and travel trailer when we broke down in Georgia. When we had further trouble, we stopped back in Georgia on our way home and Butler stood by their work and made everything right. Highly recommended, made us feel comfortable about travelling far from home. More

Software update for transmission recall Was able to make an appointment in a timely manner. Time of appointment was 2 p.m. and the vehicle was taken to be updated at the appointed time. Was directed to the customer lounge which was a nice facility. Clay was knowledgeable and professional. I recommend Butler Ford to anyone looking to buy or have service done. More

I needed an oil change and diagnostic because my “check engine” light came on. I arrived at their slowest time, 11am on Wednesday. They didn’t have anyone available to help me unless I left my car. I live out of town. Oil changes at most Ford Dealers are done quick, but not here. Most service advisors can diagnosis the problem. Just needed to be sure it was okay to continue to drive my car. More

Friendly atmospheres Have been bringing in our vehicles since we moved to the area in 2012. Was always taken care of by the Service Dept. Both Mark and Richard care abou Have been bringing in our vehicles since we moved to the area in 2012. Was always taken care of by the Service Dept. Both Mark and Richard care about you and the vehicle you bring in whether it is a Ford or other make and it does not matter if you bought from Butler or not. I have no issues with their roles and responsibilities as they always have gone over and above my expectations. Robert Vivalo More
F-150 safety recall Called Richard in the service dept. late afternoon on 3/14 to schedule an appointment. He got me one the next day at 11am. Took about 20 minutes including time to replace the front license plate holder. in the meantime, Courtney in sales offered me a buyout on my Lexus RC 350 to buy a 2019 Mustang. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have used Richard in the service for years. He has been great! More
Service Dept shouldn have mechanics that can fix your car I dropped my Lincoln off because the brakes were not working right. They stated pads were good but brake booster had a busted diaphragm. I picked my car up 3 days later to $752 charge. I drove my car home and the brake pedal is literally scrubbing when you press it and the pedal goes all the way to the floor before stopping the car. I took it back to them and they say it's normal? I have drove this car for five years and I think I know what the brakes felt like before. I will not purchase a car from them or use their service dept again. As a side note, I checked out their review on FB before using them. I wish I had looked deeper. Their employees have given them a lot of the 5 star ratings that they have. In my opinion, that is just deceptive and shady. More
