Always a good experience Took my Focus (Miss Francine) in for oil change and tire rotation. 1) They found a nail in one tire so fixed that up - no charge. 2) Found that one br Took my Focus (Miss Francine) in for oil change and tire rotation. 1) They found a nail in one tire so fixed that up - no charge. 2) Found that one brake was very bad. The Service Dept immediately put my car next in line for an unexpected brake job so I left her overnight. 3) The next morning, I had a coupon in my email for $$$ off a brake job, which they happily applied to the bill! When Miss Francine was brought up I found they had vacuumed the inside for me. Brian was attentive, thorough and very helpful explaining each new discovery. Another great experience with Butler Ford! More
