butler ford is the worst . after buying a new f150 they said they would help with getting my reward points .so after 5 months of calling and being told they are on the way, fo after buying a new f150 they said they would help with getting my reward points .so after 5 months of calling and being told they are on the way, ford told me the time to apply for the reward points had expired. those points can be redeemed for future maintenance. it seems the customer service only applies to buyers after they have your money you go on the not-so-important list More

Ended up going with a different vehicle than we had originally came in for. So i hadn't done as much research as i had on the original vehicle. that parts my fault i guess.
