Great Price long wait I got a great deal at Butler Ford in Ashland. They beat out 2 other dealers by over a $1000. The salesman did everything he could to earn my business I got a great deal at Butler Ford in Ashland. They beat out 2 other dealers by over a $1000. The salesman did everything he could to earn my business but was never pushy. I did all my negotiations via phone or email messages. All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and polite. My only complaint is this: When we arrived to pick up the vehicle it was ready to go but it took over 4 hours before we left with the car. I did not finance this car with Ford. We had a check in hand from my bank to pay for the vehicle. We still had to answer questions as if we were financing the car with Ford. Identification, social security numbers, previous employers, and last two residents addresses, etc. The salesman said it was required by the government. He mentioned an acronym that I did not recognize. When asked what it stood for he could not explain it. The next day I got credit alerts from all 3 credit agencies saying there was a was a inquiry to my credit rating. I felt this was a invasion of privacy since I was not financing the car with Ford. My bank had already done the credit check when they approved the loan. So if you want a good deal for a car and do not mind waiting forever because of paperwork and some invasion of your privacy buy it from Butler Ford. On as scale of 1 to 5, I rate the price a 5 but the experience at the dealer a 3. More

Good Service I haven't had to take my F350 in for anything other than scheduled oil change, tire rotation, filter changes, etc. But the service department waiting I haven't had to take my F350 in for anything other than scheduled oil change, tire rotation, filter changes, etc. But the service department waiting area is clean, good Keurig coffee and the people are friendly. The service department itself is good-I get called when the truck is ready. I would recommend them to anyone needing Ford service/maintenance. More

The salesman took advantage of my fiancee and sold her a car above sticker price. If you like paying $29 for a $1 can of fuel additive (which they never put in anyway) and being sold new brakes with only 8,000 miles, Butler is the place for you! They advertise, "The Butler Man Can!" He sure can rip you off with his dishonesty. They even changed numbers on the contract after it was signed! More
