We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. One the first day of our planned vacation trip to Canada our truck broke down. We decided to purchase a new truck so we could continue to pull our 5th wheel and finish what was left of our trip. Rocky Moore, our salesman was so good to us. He took our terrible situation and helped us every step of the way. He even hooked us up with a business that could make the necessary changes for our hitch and new height level on our trailer since we purchased a 4x4. He gave us the use of a free rental so we could get around Ashland and travel to Medford where the work was being done on our truck and trailer. He called us everyday, sometimes twice to check on how we were doing and if he could help us in any way. My husband and I can't say enough good things about how Rocky helped us during a very stressful time. If we lived in Oregon we would be regular customers at Butler Ford. More

I came into Butler because it was on my way to work, and I should have started there! The staff was super helpful and was never intimidating or pushy. I will tell my friends and family that when shopping for a new car they should save themselves the time and start at Butler! PS... I did get a super awesome deal on a cute used red car!!! More

Pulling a trailer gave me no option but to find a place to get it repaired so I could make it out of the valley. I like most folks were a little skeptical about going into a dealership for service. You know the feeling, I knew that I was going to be told I needed everything. Dave Eaton, service adviser, and David Welch their Diesel mechanic were more than helpful. They understood my situation and told me like it was and what it would take to get me down the road. They directed me to the nearest RV campground so I would have a place to stay and after I gave them my truck I was given a loaner car to get around. One of the most positive auto repair experiences I have ever had. If I did not live 1000 miles away I would be taking all my vehicles there for service/repair. Thanks again guys More
