Even tho I live 200 miles from Ashland we made arrangement to view the car at a certain day and time. When Steve checked the car over very carefully he found a few things he felt needed additional attention. He is quite conscientious in looking out for his “customers”. Rather than me waiting while the work was completed he called to ask if I could adjust my arrival time. When we finally got together (yes, I did end up buying the car) I found Steve to be most friendly and informative. He has a great personality and is quite friendly. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and get me fully satisfied about the vehicle. I would definitely trust Steve to do the same for anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. More

Great dealership We purchased a new F-350 from them and have had such a great experience that we bought an Explorer, too. Our truck replaced an older Nissan Titan and We purchased a new F-350 from them and have had such a great experience that we bought an Explorer, too. Our truck replaced an older Nissan Titan and is such a huge upgrade. We've been to the dealership a few times for minor things and as a result of our experiences, we traded in a Dodge Durango for the Explorer. Both new cars are wonderful and while we have had a few interesting minor glitches, this dealership is a huge improvement over the local dealerships. We've even purchased a few accessories from parts and generally had a great experience. This most recent visit was for an oil change and detail on the truck. More
