So we stopped by your dealership to get the headlight installed. They used the one I had purchased so no charge for parts. We were very satisfied with the whole visit. More

Considerate employees go a long way I came to Butler after they quoted me a wildly different price, and time of completion, than Crater for one service. Crater told me a number that was twice as expensive and said the process would take a couple days to finish. Butler gave me a very reasonable price and told me they'd have it finished in a few hours. And they delivered on their word. Going to get work done on my car has been a stressor in my life for many years. I've had shops and service departments keep my car longer than expected (by a couple to several days). I've had them hike up the price on me two or three times. I hated getting anything done to my car, but I knew I'd hate it more if I didn't get the services done because then I'd have a bigger problem on my hands. But the folks at Butler, from the moment I called them up on the phone, have been nothing short of fair, knowledgeable, and considerate. I'm much more willing to bring my car in for them to work on it--as they've never given me cause to suspect that they'll take advantage of my lack of knowledge or damage my car in some way that will cause me to have to return to them in a short time. Both are things I greatly appreciate. Thank you for treating me like a human being and not another sucker. And thank you so much for taking care of me; I get into my car with confidence after it's been in your hands. Seriously, I can't thank y'all enough. Y'all are awesome! More

GAVE THEM THE PAPERWORK AND THEY WERE ABLE T SCHEDULED FOR OIL CHANGE AND WHEN I DROPPED OFF TOLD THEM I HAD RECEIVED RECALL NOTICE ABOUT A MONTH AGO. GAVE THEM THE PAPERWORK AND THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE RECALL AT THE SAME TIME AS THE OIL CHANGE SO I DID NOT HAVE TO MAKE SECOND APPOINTMENT. More
