Butler Ford

Apparently no Response for Two Weeks is Fine. I was in a bit of a situation, I had leased my vehicle though Butler Ford. I love my car, no problems there. I recently moved to Alaska, before leavin I was in a bit of a situation, I had leased my vehicle though Butler Ford. I love my car, no problems there. I recently moved to Alaska, before leaving and knowing I had a leased car I contacted Ford Credit and was told that I could easily buy the car in AK no problem. Fast forward a few months to me actually calling about purchasing my leased vehicle after securing a third party loan, and low and behold Ford Credit was wrong and I had to go through the local dealer I had bought the car from. Frustrating. But whatever. Ford Credit hooked me up with "Justin" from Butler Ford who I talked with on the phone 10/24. He told me to text him when the check was on its way from the bank and he would fax me the documents needed to sign. Great. Okay. Check was sent 10/29, text was sent to Justin 10/29. Never received a text back. Called Butler Ford and was sent to a voicemail 11/02. No call back. Called Butler Ford 11/06, they told me they would "page" him, he couldn't come to the phone they asked if I wanted to leave a VM, I said no. Texted Justin again 11/08, no text back. Texted him again today 11/12, this time I got a "?" Attempted calling the number, no response. Called the dealership back again, told me to leave a VM. Called Ford Credit who directed me to Ford Relationship Services who were completely worthless. Told me to keep calling the dealership. So I called back and asked for a manager. Spoke with someone else who got it all sorted I think... he basically laughed off that whoever this "Justin" person hadn't reached out to me in weeks and offered to "harass" him for me. It wasn't funny. More

He immediately listened to what I wanted got me a fair quote and ordered my truck.not only that but when truck a I got ahold of Keith at Butler Ford.
