Purchase Exper OK, Service Excellent The car buying experience several years ago was okay. Butler plays fewer "games" than many other dealerships but it still took about an hour too long The car buying experience several years ago was okay. Butler plays fewer "games" than many other dealerships but it still took about an hour too long for them to close the deal and provide their offer. And then there was the post-sale sell of "extras". My previous vehicle was a Saturn and there is a reason why Saturn owners liked dealing with Saturn dealerships. That was almost five years ago. My experience with 5 years of service has been excellent. And they passed my "no service necessary" test by telling me several times that no service was necessary or that there would be no service charge. Their facilities are comfortable when waiting and they have a friendly shuttle service for the times I cannot wait. (And they are close to a bus stop!) They have a good system of record keeping so that when I come in they know exactly what questions to ask and maintenance services to suggest. More

While we were in the waiting area we were greeted by and talked with Rocky, Craig, Michaela, Jack, and Warren. It took awhile to process the new key due to all the technology needed and it was nice feel noticed and remembered after the sale by the staff we had met and worked with. More
