Mark Retter checked the history of work on my vehicle and we decided my brakes should be looked at. When checked the front brakes were fine but the rear needed replacing. Mark consulted with me before the work proceded to make sure I was getting the work done that I thought I needed. My Explorer drives much better. While I was waiting, Rocky Moore stopped by to chat. Rocky has sold me my last two vehicles and I wouldn't go to anyone else. He's the best. More
Great service Always go out of their way to accomadate the customer. I had 3 recalls on my new Ford Superduty 350 truck at the time of first oil change service.( No Always go out of their way to accomadate the customer. I had 3 recalls on my new Ford Superduty 350 truck at the time of first oil change service.( Now it's up to 4 recalls.) All 3 recalls were brought to my attention and explained. Needed parts were ordered. I was offered a free loaner when I returned for the additional recall repairs as it would be a all day repair. Very nice service department, I would personally give them a 10 star if I could. More

Started looking in Sept., Nov. 7th called Butler after hearing TV ad and the team got to work to help answer all questions, this is our 4th Ranger. Service Visit I did not purchase a vehicle from Butler Ford but because of logistics I use them to service my Ford F150. Mark has always been helpful and pleasan I did not purchase a vehicle from Butler Ford but because of logistics I use them to service my Ford F150. Mark has always been helpful and pleasant to work with. Seems he always tried his best to get any problems resolved and taken care of. I especially appreciate that even when other service managers are busy he will come out of his office and help. Others may leave helping customers to the service managers, but not Mark. Recently I had a question about pairing my phone with my F 150. Craig came out and did a great job of explaining how to pair the phone and answered some other questions about the truck. A+ customer service. Thanks to both of them. More
