I have bought other cars from reputable dealers and have never had the problems like here, I bought a car from them and paid on it for 18 months, they have repo it twice in one month, first cause they said it had no insurance and lied about that and now cause they say it's 2 payments behind which is lie 2 I have all my money orders and witness.Please stay away unless you want to get ripped off.Sad I'm disabled and have a brain tumor and they took advantage of me.. I was waited on hand and foot and there was even a place for the kids to play to keep then occupided while we did business. Which turned out fabulous with an onsite mechanic who helped ease every concern with information according for the vehicle also I was able to obtain Car Fax report an all work that was done to make sure everything was safe and secure. We walked in to Butler Direct not really knowing how they could help us, just looking, really. Brad greeting us in the parking lot and after a brief explanation of the any car any time deal, we decided to let him find us our car. He took the time to talk with us, to get our "wants" and "dont wants" in a car, and we trusted him with a down payment in cash. Now, we did say we weren't in a hurry, usually the process takes about two weeks, and in our case, it took a little longer, about four. Yes it was a little frustrating on that part, but Brad stayed in communication and let us know why there were delays. When he did call us to let us know he had a car for us, it actually was exactly what we had been looking for. The car met our specifications perfectly. We have the car that we wanted, although the process was different from a traditional dealership and financing, everything worked out. If you are in a situation similar to ours, maybe looking for a specific car and/or need someone to help you with in-house financing, I can say from personal experience that you can trust Butler Direct. More

Very nice people from management, to sales, to finance. My credit was and is horrible. I am a single mother. They worked out payments for me to get a bigger car to fit my family of 4. I purchased a car from The Auto Butler in Humble, TX dealership. I wasn't satisfied with the car because it had a lot of problems. I bought it on a Friday July 19, 2013 at 7:00pm and turned around and t dealership. I wasn't satisfied with the car because it had a lot of problems. I bought it on a Friday July 19, 2013 at 7:00pm and turned around and took it back at 1:00 pm on Saturday July 20, 2013. He refused to give me my money back and said that refunds didn't apply to car sales. On Sunday July 22, 2013 of that weekend I was stuck on the side of the road and had to get help. The next day on Monday July 23,2013 I drove the car to work. On my way there I turned on the air conditioner and the car quit in the middle of traffic at stop light. I went to work the next day July 24, 2013 in the car and when I got off the car wouldn't start. I was stranded at work for two hours. I tried calling and leaving a message for this man and he wouldn't return my call. The car has been stalled at my house until yesterday August 05, 2013, when I went and purchased a battery for it. He called today August 06,2013 and asked for payment on the vehicle and I told him when he was ready to fix what was wrong with the car I would gladly pay. When we got off the phone he came and took the car out of the parking lot of my job. This is not the type of business that single mothers, as myself, should be exposed to. I want my money back and he is refusing after selling me this lemon car. If you want to be ripped off then The Auto Butler is where you want to go. More

I told Don (owner) what kind of car I was looking for and we ended up The Auto Butler by another car salesman and it actually turned out to be great. I told Don (owner) what kind of car I was looking for and we ended up ordering a BMW. It took the regular 7-14 days to come back, which was fine, and I love my car. It is in immaculate condition; rides smooth, and definitely turn heads. My financial transaction with Lana (owner/wife) was also great. After giving her all my information she talked with me and my husband for about an hour. They also work with you on TTL which is great. I really had a wonderful experience because I never heard of any car lot actually ordering a customer exactly what he/she wants. I would absolutely recommend and will be going back to the Auto Butler. More
