My experience with the dealership began many years ago when it was located on Salem Rd. I have had my previous vehicles serviced there, and bought my previous Durango (2014) from the dealership. 5 days after purchasing a brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler, I discovered a defect with the navigation screen. Apparently, there is still no fix at 34 weeks since buying. I have begged for a trade or buy back if discovered a defect with the navigation screen. Apparently, there is still no fix at 34 weeks since buying. I have begged for a trade or buy back if there is no known fix. This dealership refuses to make it right. I continue to document each communication and/or lack there of. I cannot even accessorize my jeep, because who wants to invest more into a brand new, defective vehicle? This was supposed to be a retirement gift to myself after teaching for 30 years, and I’m stuck with a defective Jeep. More
