Although the dealership was closing around the time we were there, we never felt rushed by any staff member. Every member of the team that helped us that day was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. To give credit where credit is due, Mike Sumner and the gentleman that handled the financing were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Even after the deal was done, Johney took time out of yet another day to show me how some of the features work and to help set up OnStar. While there, Tasia Manuel also assisted in showing me how to operate the hands-free texting. We seemed to have caught Tasia on her way out to lunch, but she did not seem bothered one bit in helping before she left. This dealership is a rare gem in that it offers both quality customer service and great deals. I plan to return to Youmans in the future and I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy. More

The car was in the shop all day and I finally had to call around 3:30pm to see if they had figured any thing out. I spoke with Edwin who was the service rep assigned to our Equinox. Edwin informed me that he was unsure what the issue was and would call me back in 5min after checking with the techs. When he called me back, he explained that it was leaking oil at the timing chain cover but wasn't sure if it was also consuming oil. That they wanted us to take the vehicle home, drive it for 500 miles (while it still currently has a known oil leak) and bring it back to them for further investigation. I explained that it was pointless to preform an oil change and that I wouldn't pay for it when the oil was just going to leak out anyway. I then asked to speak with their service manager. Edwin put Brian (service mgr) on the phone and I explained my concern with the situation. Brian then began talking over me, yelling at me and told me that they would not charge us for the oil change but he wanted us to pick up the vehicle and never come back. I then asked to speak with his mgr and he said he would have him call me and hung up on me. I called three other Chevy dealers in my area and asked if this was normal and they all said absolutely not, that they should have fixed the leak! I then called GM customer service and they opened a complaint file and said that the dealership (Youmans) should have further investigated the oil leak, fixed it, then changed the oil and returned the vehicle to us for a consumption test. Worst service department I have ever experienced. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy...no one deserves this type of treatment! More
