Meonia, Firstly, we want to sincerely apologize that you haven't had a pleasant experience with the 2009 Toyota Venza you purchased from us. However, we try to be overly transparent during the purchase process of one of our Wholesale units, which the Venza was. Eddie suggested you get it inspected on several occasions, and you chose not to because you felt that since it was a Toyota it would be reliable. Eddie drove the vehicle down the interstate and back to the dealership prior to your arrival to ensure there were no check engine lights on, the air was blowing cold, it wasn't pulling, etc. However, he still stated he could not guarantee that it was a reliable vehicle because our shop does NOT do an inspection on our Wholesale units. We even allowed you to take this vehicle on an overnight test drive, with ample opportunity to have an inspection done. Eddie told you "go get it checked out, because once you sign the papers it is as/is, where/is, how/is, if it breaks in half--you own both pieces." We offer these Wholesale units to the public in an effort to provide affordable transportation options instead of sending them straight to the auction. Below is a copy of the Wholesale notice that you signed. Please note this line: "IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE COST TO THE CUSTOMER, WE HAVE NOT MADE ANY MECHANICAL REPAIRS TO THIS VEHICLE.
