Bush Auto Place - Service Center

At first I thought my recent experience was fine, but instead it has turned negative and I will not recommend or be using Bush Auto Place in the future. My vehicle sat with them for half a year while waiting for a new transmission, so I had asked and paid for another oil change and multi-point inspection to make sure the car was good to go before I drove it off the lot. Was given the all clear and told the inspection showed the battery, tires, oil, etc. were all great. Less than a week of driving later, my tires started losing air randomly and one completely deflated overnight. Upon my own inspection of the tire situation, I immediately noticed that 3 of my 4 tires had varying levels of dry rot and it was impossible to not have noticed it during an inspection. Taking it to get new tires at a different business revealed that I was lucky they didn’t blow out on the road while driving, as they were even worse on the inside of the wheel well with one having almost a dozen cracks larger than an inch in the side wall and treads. For only having driven it for two weeks since, the oil is also dirtier than expected and makes me question if the oil change ever happened or if they just reset my computer and gave me a thumbs up. Will be taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future and would recommend others do the same. More
