Bush Auto Place started out originally as Jim Cook Chevrolet Buick in 1967. In 1970 George Bush and Jim Cook became co-owners and in 1984 Jim Cook retired from the business. Mark Bush took over the family business in 1987. In 1994 we acquired GMC trucks, Oldsmobile and Pontiac. Mark Bush is the General Manager and Owner of Bush Auto Place to this day. Mark resides in Wilmington, OH with his wife Andrea and they have three sons.

We do not feel confident that our car was serviced correctly both times and they did not spend time to explain it to is. We have an EV which is difficult on another level correctly both times and they did not spend time to explain it to is. We have an EV which is difficult on another level More

Don't remember Luke, (sorry Luke, have a bad memory) Why do you have Brett listed twice?? Trying to get used to the Equinox, I think sometimes it tries to help me too much by having so many "automatic" sy do you have Brett listed twice?? I came in with my transmission overheating. They diagnosed and told me I needed a new transmission. Hauled the truck to dealership that purchased it from due to the fact it had a lifetime power They diagnosed and told me I needed a new transmission. Hauled the truck to dealership that purchased it from due to the fact it had a lifetime powertrain warranty but work was required to be done there. After getting it to other dealership the diagnosed it as having a bad torque converter. The truck only had 40k miles so I knew it didn’t need a complete transmission. Not sure what going on with the trans tech at bush auto but they obviously don’t know what they are doing or they were just trying to take advantage of me not sure. Really dissappointed and I feel like they should reimburse me the diagnostic fee because didn’t even have correct diagnosis. More
