extremely disappointed I have had to take my vehicle to my personal mechanic. Last year they told me I needed new brakes, front & back. I bought the brakes & took them to I have had to take my vehicle to my personal mechanic. Last year they told me I needed new brakes, front & back. I bought the brakes & took them to my mechanic because it's way cheaper than buying thru the dealership. My mechanic told me I had 20,000 miles left on the front brakes & 15,000 on the back, I had him put on the new rotors & brake pads anyway. On Friday 9-21-18, I had my vehicle in for an oil change & tire rotation at Brutness', the service manager came out & said my rear left brake pad is down to 3%, my caliper is seizing & my rotor is worn out. I don't believe my rotor is worn out, it's not even a year old. I'm not sure about the caliper, but I was quoted a price of $490.00 + tax. I can buy a brand new caliper for $125.00, needless to say I am not having any more work done at Brutness, other than a oil change, maybe. They have tried to many times to scam me out of money. I never ever had this problem when the dealership belonged to Zingg. I would never recommend this dealership for anything. If I didn't have the lifetime warranty on my Dodge Grand Caravan I would never go back. More

Instead of replacing the antenna and cable components all I needed was a software upgrade to make it functional again. Dan George and the technicians went out of their way to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner. More

I had a coupon for the Oil change and tire rotation and when I picked up my vehicle I was told the cost was less than the coupon! Very pleased with their honesty! I had a service plan with my last pickup and when I sold it to my brother-in-law GM refused to allow the plan to be transferred, violating the terms clearly written in the agreement. The sales rep (Shane Williams) and General Manager (Paul Schepp) at the dealership blew me off and would not go to GM to help. More
