Waited a long time for my vehicle. I apparently was due for a 50,000 mile maintenance check which was never relayed to me. I also really want a straight up oil change which is not available on the website. I always get an oil change that includes a tire rotation. Why do I need a tire rotation every time I come in for an oil change? I will most likely be looking to get my oil changed somewhere else. I have done a lot of business with Burtness in Orfordville as well as purchased 3 trucks from there & my sister purchased a car. We both feel the service is not what it used to be. More
