Our experience at Burritt Motors was wonderful. Our salesman Andrew Halsey was very friendly and accommodating. Shook our hands and made us feel very welcome. My husband was so impressed when he took us around the area and showed us the building when I come back for oil changes and then when the owner shook our hands and thanked us for our business that topped it all. He just bought a car from another dealership and he said they have a thing or two to learn from Burritt. I contacted Burritts once again to purchase another vehicle and all I can is A+ job as usual! I contacted Dave Smith on a Wednesday morning regarding trading in my truck for a bigger vehicle; due to my vehicle and all I can is A+ job as usual! I contacted Dave Smith on a Wednesday morning regarding trading in my truck for a bigger vehicle; due to my family getting bigger; and he called me back that afternoon/ early evening with one in mind. We went up on Thursday to look at the vehicle and fell in love with it! We went over paperwork and all the terms and he made so we could pick it up the next day (Friday). I am very impressed with the friendliness of service and the atmosphere that the new building has brought to the dealership. We have bought a total of 8 vehicles from Burritts in the past 9 years and I will keep continuing to buy there until I can't drive anymore. If more dealerships would take the approach that Dave Smith does with his customers then everybody would be happier when buying a new car or truck! Andrew handled all of my needs. Burritt was the only dealership that understood that I could not drive there before talking about price. The dealership was over 1.5 hours away and I did not want to wast dealership that understood that I could not drive there before talking about price.
