Considering we were driving from several hours away, this was important information for us to know ahead of time. As a DEALER of Ram trucks, he has access to information about the truck that we do not have, and instead of doing his due diligence, he looked up the answer on GOOGLE and gave us wrong information. How on Earth does a sales rep who has been doing this for years not know about gear ratios? We drove all the way there, purchased the truck, and then get home and find the original sticker and find out it did not have the tow package. Needless to say, I recommend you do NOT use this dealer. And if you do...stay away from Bob! More
