Having dealt with the deceitful “W” family owned Toyota and Ram dealerships around the Twin Cities, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful your service department was in handling my requests. Two issues. Was not told that additional work was needed until arrival for the oil change. The maintenance needed light was not rest. When I called the service center I was told to come back in the next day or two and they would reset it, a 30 mile round trip and an hour and a half. The service person should have stayed on the phone and told me how to do the 3 minute simple fix. I did it myself after viewing a UTube video. More
Pleasant people, clean comfortable waiting area and quick service. I am irritated that I received a notice about needed work - in the mail - more than a week after bringing my car in for service.
