I received a flier in the mail with a key and a scratch-off lottery ticket so I went to check the dealer just to browse and see what they had, maybe I'd at least win a gift card, or actually find a scratch-off lottery ticket so I went to check the dealer just to browse and see what they had, maybe I'd at least win a gift card, or actually find a car that I like. I really had no intent on purchasing anything right away. The sales person, Mac?, was friendly, but maybe too friendly; right away he went on to get all my personal information and check what kind of loan I could get without me even browsing the inventory - He was very, very pushy, in a big hurry to sell me the first car I looked at. The cars had no price tag or any sort of information that would allow me to make a decision on whether I was interested in a particular one. Anyway, I had to get Mac off my back and leave the place. They seemed to be in a big hurry to sell me something without even giving me any sort of information on the loan they were approving me for or the car they were selling me. It felt very unprofessional. I regret giving them my personal information (including my SSN). More
they don't do what they say they are going to do after you buy the car. Have no keyless entry fob. Said they would get one programmed. The one they finally got me does not work. When I went in for a repai you buy the car. Have no keyless entry fob. Said they would get one programmed. The one they finally got me does not work. When I went in for a repair only 3 months after buying the car. ( mind you this is something they should have found in the first place, Axel leak.) I reminded them that Geno promised this fob for me but It doesn't work. when I got the car back, wow!! surprise surprise, stil doesn't work. I've been there 3 times, still did not get the Full Detail that I was promised, also never got the half a tank of gas they promised on day one also. Just alot of back and forth and they also reminded me how much they paid to get my door fixed, which should have been done before they even sold the car. Will not recommend this place to Anyone!! and i haven't. I actually discouraged someone that was going to go there. Bad bad bad. Do not do what they promise. More
Was given a very good deal on our trade-in which was our reason for choosing this dealer at one of their clearance events however after the sale was terrible. Plates weren't mailed, calls not returned conc reason for choosing this dealer at one of their clearance events however after the sale was terrible. Plates weren't mailed, calls not returned concerning the plates and warranty work. Several calls were placed to both dealer in Burnsville and parent company Delacey Automotive group in South Saint Paul Minnesota that were not returned. Needless to say warranty work was not able to be completed because was never able to reach someone for an appointment. These repairs included not having the flapper on my gas filler which is illegal(at least I have been told by a trusted source) to sell a car with out this piece of equipment as it would not pass an emissions test without this. From what I have been told it is illegal to sell a car requiring emissions work. Other repairs were minor but neccessary none the less. Several calls placed regarding these two issues were made and messages left with receptionist and voicemails were not returned. Salespeople and financial staff were friendly. All in all I would not purchase a car from this group of dealers and plan on researching other car dealerships they own for future reference. More
We have purchased three cars from this company in the past 2 years. The first was a 2001 Chevy suburban. Then we purchased a 2001 Ford Escort. Both cars were reviewed by Burnsville motors to be in good s past 2 years. The first was a 2001 Chevy suburban. Then we purchased a 2001 Ford Escort. Both cars were reviewed by Burnsville motors to be in good shape. We did not purchase the extended warenty on the suburban and the tansmission went out after owning the truck a year. Most recently the 2001 Ford transmission went out along with other important componants of the car. For this instance they gave us $1800 towards the Ford which we used to purchase a 2006 Dodge. We hope to have better luck with this vehicle. Nice group of people to work with. More
