We rarely write web reviews but this time it matters. We needed a certified used truck for our business to comply with a customer project due date and decided to go to Burns. None of the trucks had gooseneck hitch which was critical for us. The seller ( Edgar ) promised to get us the hitch after closing the deal. He gave us a purchase order to get the part in one of their preferred vendors but they were closed that day. He said that Burns will reimburse us for the expense to get it from a different source so we sent our driver to our client's manufacturing plant location in Alabama were he was able to get the hitch from the dealer. When we sent the receipt to the seller and to our surprise, they didn't honored their word. On top of that, the truck didn't have a spare tire and tools. We were planning to continue purchasing trucks for our fleet from them but with this experience we decided not to. More
Jeep Grand Cherokee purchased on Nov 1st 2023, no even 5000 miles on it and has mayor defect on transmission. Still don't know when I will get my vehicle back, and tried to come with a new deal on a different vehicle and I would have to top the negative equity on the depreciation of a vehicle I don't have, not knowing when will I get it back, and I still need to be responsible with my payments. Not asking them to take the blame but if the Manufacturer has a defective product, the should backup the dealership and exchange the defective vehicle. Is funny to se how the sales man was all about we will treat you like "family" and after I do not agree with him, he turned on to a different attitude. Mr. FIDEL has more bad reviews on dealer rater also. Om the contrary Matt from service has been really patient, the only thing is that they don't know what to repair just because it will be very expensive, so they are still waiting if they will change a "valve" or the complete transmission. Talked to the manager and same thing, I'm not expecting to get anything for free or take advantage of anyone, but it will be fare to have an equal deal. More

Well I arrived at the Express Line for an oil change and I show them the coupon and the first thing they say we don’t honor that coupon I’m like well is on y’all’s website yeah we don’t excepted anymore, I I show them the coupon and the first thing they say we don’t honor that coupon I’m like well is on y’all’s website yeah we don’t excepted anymore, I told him it doesn’t expired til 12/31/2022 so the coupon was for $45 synthetic oil and they were telling me we only honor the $80 synthetic oil. So they don’t honor the $45 dollar one but the honor the $80. What kind of xx is this. I know is a couple of bucks different but saving a buck here and there goes a long way. More
The worst service ever in general. They took my husbands money and the jeep is still the same. The vehicle began to overheat on the back from the repairs at the dealership. Towed it back and told him that it was what he said it could be. They refuse to give home credit for the false repairs they did and want him to pay $3,800 more to fix the cylinder heads. Now my husband is out of $1545 and cannot bring his jeep back home being that it is still overheating and can’t afford to pay that kind of money to fix it. On top of that they haven’t even called to see what they can do to help or even to tow it back to the house where he can work out it himself. It’s been I their lot for over two weeks now a Nd not one phone call. And my husband refuses to call them being that he is so upset. He doesn’t know what else to do. If I could give them a much lower rating I would. These people should or even be in business. And it’s not the first one we get scammed. We have a 2007 dodge nitro that we bought that right out of the dealership we had problems with the air con and we kept taking it back and they kept replacing things that were not the problem. Two weeks later after they supposedly fixed it the air goes out and of course it was out of warranty since it was used and only gave us two weeks. Turn out the air was already bad before we bought it and had to pay $750 to fix it. Never take your car or even buy a car from this dealership again. More
Worst dealership ever. My family has bought over 20 cars from here, & i purchased mine two months ago and it came defective. Has been in service twice and problem has not been solved. After buying so many cars and referring so many people i basically got slapped in the face. They had no solution but to screw me over, they wanted to keep my trade in plus all my down payment. Fidel Gonzalez is the worst sales man and does not look out for you. He talks out of his xxx. Avoid the headache and go to another dealership. Spoke to sales manager Jose Urriola and he was a waste of time. A car on the website was one price and he could not honor it. They basically sold me a piece of xxxx car and want me to be okay with it. Have a brand new 2021, and it is the worst car ever. Came in for an upgrade but i should of just gone to the junk yard if this was the case. More
I came in for a service per the manufacturers owners manual. After I pulled into the designated service line and stated I wanted a service per the manual I was told I was in the wrong line and needed to manual. Once I was in the express line and requested a service per the manual I was told "we don't do that here". Quickly realizing that I was caught in a stupidity loop, I requested an oil change and decided to move on. I will not be back and instead will find a dealership that can provide service per their manufacturers manual. More
