I love my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The Burns staff, fantastic! So far I am enjoying my new 2015 Hyundai Sonata, Sport Limited! My salesperson, Vanessa and staff were fantastic. Buyers beware - Please take seriously This was a very bad experience for me and my family. I purchased 2 vehicles for my children and reached out to the Dealer in advance to let them know This was a very bad experience for me and my family. I purchased 2 vehicles for my children and reached out to the Dealer in advance to let them know we were coming. I asked all my questions in advance and received an approval from the Sales Manager on how I was going to pay for them. So when I arrived and test drove both Vehicles with my kids it was agreed they both wanted the car they picked.. However, during the test drive of the one car I notice an issue on the front right of the car. Which by the way was the same issue I had when I bought from the Sales Manager my daughter's the last car. We never made it home with the car. The brake line freezed up on the car and my daughter was stuck on the side on the road. This time I wasn't going to let that happen again. So I told them to review this car. At the same time, they suddenly wouldn't let me do what I had called in advance to do. So there I am sitting for 3 hours, with both children excited to get their cars and now we have a problem. After 2 hours of talking to every Manager they wouldn't change the mistake they made. So we left. In the meantime, I called the next morning on the one car that was damaged and they told me it would cost me $1100 to fix the car. I was pissed and argued that it wasn't my problem and that they lied when they said it passed it's Service inspection....They wouldn't fix for me unless I paid to fix or let them raise the price of the car. What a dishonest Dealership. I spent over 10 hours in their store dealing with 2 Salesman, 2 Sales Managers. By the way, the GM is so unprofessional. He wouldn't come out to apologize or see me after many request. In the meantime I had to go to the bank and get the amount in cash to make my kids happy. My son had to pick another car that was more money with no discount from the Dealer.. Yes I still bought the cars for my kids, however I will never recommend anyone to this Dealer. As a compensation to the their dishonestly and 10 hours of my time they offered me 2 free oil changes, one for each kid. I am about to buy another Hyundai Equus and it won't be from them . I'm going back to Hyundai of Turnersville. They are a Penske Dealership. More professional and trust worthy. Again stay far away from this Dealer... More

You will know the complete cost of your vehicle before the contract is written up. I also take my vehicles back to Burns for service. The service department is as exceptional as the sales department. Great Experience Marcus was a really great salesperson. He helped me find the Tuscon that I really wanted.
