Too many problems. This was really an unusual buying experience. We were happy to purchase the vehicle we really liked but there were too many inconveniences. It start This was really an unusual buying experience. We were happy to purchase the vehicle we really liked but there were too many inconveniences. It started in that the vehicle had a dent in the car in which we didn't mind because we were told that it would be fixed. It started with the scheduling the service of fixing the dent. I was told that I would get a loaner and that I would be able to drop my vehicle off from Thursday - Sunday and that it will be worked on Monday. When I drove (Trip #1) on Friday, they had told me that they wouldn't be able to give me a loaner for the weekend and that I would have to come back Monday to drop vehicle. For the inconvenience, they gave me the all weather floor mats and cargo tray at dealership cost in which I was happy about. During this time I was very patient with all what has happened. I came and dropped off the car on Monday and they told me that they would call me when it's ready. On Tuesday, I received a text in that the vehicle was not ready and that it would be ready for Wednesday afternoon. I came to the dealership Wednesday afternoon (Trip #2), thinking that all is complete and they had told me that the vehicle was still not ready. I received a text Thursday saying that the vehicle was in deed ready. I was hoping to have all completed along with the additional items. The vehicle was complete with floor mats, wheel locks, cargo tray and dent fixed but it was still missing the auto rearview dimming mirror. I was told that it would arrive the following Tuesday and that I can pick up whenever and that install would last about 30 min to an hour. When I called to come in, I was told that I had to make an appointment. Still being patient, I made the appointment. I went to the dealership and dropped my vehicle off for service to install the auto rearview dimming mirror and talked to the representative for additional parts I was interested. Again, I had to ask for a discount for the inconvenience. When the vehicle was ready after install, I went to my vehicle and saw that the driver seat was stained. I was really upset, and tired of all the problems that existed I didn't bother telling the dealership of the stain. I would say that I was really patient throughout the whole process. It is very upsetting to have gone through all this process (30 days) to finally having everything installed and fixed, and than seeing that the driver seat was stained. This was not a very good experience and I would not recommend. More

A Team that works together! This is a very busy dealership and i think the reason is that they get great work-of-mouth advertising and repeat customers. We did our research on the pricing using TrueCar, Edmunds, and KBB, asked for the trueCar price and got it, not only that, but our salesman (Wayne) determined that we could combine two cash-back bonuses so he actually got us another $1,000 off!! He did not have to tell us, we probably would have never found out. I would trust these folks to do the right thing forever more! i came back for my tags a week later and my salesman was busy with clients, so another salesman took me back to the clerk, got the tags and put them on the car for me, and was super friendly as he did it! I haven't bought a car for a while so all this straight-forward niceness, no pressure sales was a huge nice surprise! would highly recommend Burns Hyundai for a great deal on a great car! More
