I was happy that he went over all the new bells and whistles with us...before driving off.. BUT, .I believe you need to have a tech guy designated to go over EVERYTHING and help set up the individual info for the new car driver, NOT A SALESPERSON.... you waste their time when they could be selling. it seems like a BIG glaring mistake.....other than that, great experience, give Marc a raise, no he's NOT our cousin!!! More

Repeat Customer @ Burns Honda Ed Altman is the sales rep I returned to see when I decided to purchase my 2017 Honda Pilot. Previously, he handled the purchase of my 2013 Pilot at Ed Altman is the sales rep I returned to see when I decided to purchase my 2017 Honda Pilot. Previously, he handled the purchase of my 2013 Pilot at Burns Honda. The trade-in price and the discount on the new car price was extremely competitive. At the time of delivery, Ed covered all the changes or upgrades on the new Pilot, and said that if there are any features of the new car that require some followup question, call or come in to resolve my question. Bill Bianco handled our financial process. He was very professional in explaining the process and answering all questions.
