I was handled with professionalism and knowledge of the vechicle I was interested in. I took my time with my purchase and wasn’t rushed or pushed into anything. Everything was explained to my complete understanding . Rachel Chadwick pitched in towards the end of the process and deserves honorable mention as well as the finance guy Ray Kollman who put this whole experience together in the end. My salesperson was Saul Dratman. He went to great lenghts to explain the process of leasing etc. He was able to answer any and all questions I had pertaining to Leasing. Saul took the time to call me today (August 8, 2018) to see how I was doing with my new vehicle. He wanted to know if I had any questions. I did asked him a few and he was able to answer them for me. He also assured me that I should call him when I had any questions or problems with my lease. Again thanks to Saul Dratman and Honda for the wonderful service I received. More
