In the past, car buying for us was always a tortuous experience of long hours at the dealership and over-bearing sales staff trying desperately to part you from your money. Fortunately this was NOT our experience at Burns Honda. Sales representative Ronald Lewis was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable while the rest of the staff helped to make it the enjoyable experience car buying should be. Even though this model is one of the least expensive in Honda's inventory, the quality is superb. Honda quality and the Burns dealership is a winning combination for any car buyer. We believe we have received real value for our investment and look forward to enjoying our new vehicle for years to come. More

Purchased 2018 Honda Civic LX We went in to look at the Civics know that I intended to price out a few. As we went inside we were greeted by a young woman who asked if we were ther We went in to look at the Civics know that I intended to price out a few. As we went inside we were greeted by a young woman who asked if we were there before and if we needed a sales person. My wife and I agreed and was shortly seated with Marc Weiner. He was very informative about the car and prices, giving clear and distinct advantages for each trim available to us within the civic family. Once we agreed the LX was the the appropriate model for me, he sat us down and went over all the details including my trade in (which they graciously gave me $100 for and anywhere else it would of been a charge to haul the car). Within a few hours I was driving in a 2018 Honda Civic Sedan LX with 7 miles on the odemeter. The only thing I can think of is that I do wish I went to the EX model with the Turbo. But that’s a minor thing solely based on my choice. Overall, I’d highly recommend checking out Burns Honda and asking for Marc Weiner. Great place and great guy. More

This service department is absolutely wondeful! Okay so this service department has been wonderful. I did not buy my Honda from this dealership but just yesterday I brought it here to get serviced b Okay so this service department has been wonderful. I did not buy my Honda from this dealership but just yesterday I brought it here to get serviced because a few lights came on the dashboard and I needed a recall taken care of. Right away I was greeted and helped by Kevin Stone and he was so helpful and nice. Then today (the following day) I got a call early from Nicole and although it wasnt great news (needed a lot of work $$) Nicole was so nice, and easy to talk to! She gave me multiple options and was happy to answer all of my questions. I will reccommend this service department to all of my family and friends, and even though I have moved down the shore, more than 1 hour away, I will be returning. If you are looking to get a certified pre-owned I would recommend coming here and trying to get Bill Gomeringer, he didn't pressure me at all, he was very informative. Also when I got to the financing part of the process, Ray Kollman explained everything that I was signing and was a real nice guy. More
