Yes, lessed from them in 2016. Upon arrival, Mike Holm didn't want to talk to me because I had a "long time left on my lease". Proceeded to grill me about why i was i was looking. Then rolled his eyes when I mentioned the flyer. Told me I had a good deal and what they have now would cost significantly more. I had gone in looking for an Accord Hybrid but he mentioned they had the new Insight as well. He stayed past closing time as he explained the Insignt's many features. They gave me a nice discount through the USAA car buyer assistance program. I told him I'd need a few days to gather the funds in my bank account. He and the finance manager let me put down what I could the next day and sign a short-term IOU for the rest. The salesman delivered the car to my house two miles away, set up my phone connection and explained further how to use the features. They made it all so easy. More

Homework done - Failing Grade I did my homework related to an Out The Door (OTD) price for either of the two models (EX and LX; both with FWD). Numerous emails and texts were done I did my homework related to an Out The Door (OTD) price for either of the two models (EX and LX; both with FWD). Numerous emails and texts were done to get internet or lower pricing to minimize the usual in-store lengthy back and forth. I received 3 OTD prices from 5 Honda dealers. Burns was the lowest. I went there with all needed items (title, second key, booklets, etc.). Visit started out well. Unfortunately 1) it had their dealer installed expensive package that I didn't want; 2) Trade-in offer started with the usual low-ball offer and some back and forth started; 3) Salesman said the price was higher than discussed, that this was the first time he had done this, and would talk to his manager about it to keep it close; and 4) the OTD price minus the low ball trade-in was a deal breaker. Left after talking with the Sales rep and Manager. About 1-1//4 hour of wasting my (and their) time happened but still way less than walking in cold. Good things from the visit - the test drive, seeing the inside and outside features of the cars, and knowing what to zero in on with future searches, Since prices expire at the end of the month, I am off to see a Nissan dealer who gave me the best offer. Not likely to come back in the future.. More
