You did a four wheel alignment on a car that within 9 months was going to need tires, when explained to you service writer that this was a bad time of year, you service writer put fear tactics to good use. Replaced a cabin filter that was just replaced 6 months prior, at a different dealership. Shameful tactics, get you no future business. From one Honda to other. Don’t send your daughters or wife too this place. Buyer beware! The service manager has the where all to say that up selling is not a bad word. I am sorry I put my trust is this shady business More
