Best dealership I have been to- all around! I recently traded in my old Honda and upgraded to a newer certified pre owned Honda. Going into this experience, I had a few issues I was dealing with, but both Bill B and Bill G (and also finance Ray) helped us tremendously and made sure they fixed every problem I had. I have been to several different dealerships and this is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have also had previous experience with Don from service, and everyone at Burns has been kind and helpful with every interaction! As a matter of fact, I have a different Honda dealership about 4 mins from my house in PA, but I travel an hour and 20 minutes to go back to burns because of their customer service and caring nature More

Professional without pressure, well informed sales people. I visited Burns Honda with my daughter and wife to confirm a referral by a gentleman who owns the same model. Since my daughter is heading out to pursue her education in the Equine field in Kentucky. We were greeted at the front door and introduced to our sales professional Mr. Saul Dratman. We sat for a few moments to discuss our purpose. Mr. Dratman is polite and professional and presented the model to my family. He knew all the features and mechanics and provided us on a demo ride, allowing my daughter to drive back to the dealership. My wife and I sat in the back seat which was very comfort- able. Although I was not ready to purchase that day when all was complete I could see no reason to delay the purchase. We have only had pleasant experiences at Burns Honda. When a friend needed a new car I took her to Burns to help her buy a 2019 CRV. While I was there I also looked at the 2019 CRV and ended up trading my wife’s 2012 CRV for a 2019 CRV. John Hughes and Sean Bay were nothing short of excellent. They were very patient (my friend drove a few variations of the car), professional and outgoing. They answered all of my friend’s questions and concerns and really helped her think the process through. They never came across as salespeople just trying to make a sale. They functioned as advisors based on my friend’s current and future needs. They reviewed leasing benefits as well as a straight purchase. Last December my son purchased his first car from John Hughes. My son wanted a Honda because that’s what we drive. He went from driving my wife’s 2007 CRV with 160k miles to buying a 2016 Accord Coupe. John Hughes very patiently spent a lot of time with my son. My son got an incredible deal from John.
