At no point in time did Terence pressure or harass me. We looked at the honda pilot and the honda odyssey and Terence understood my needs for my 94 year old dad. I did not buy the vehicle the first time I came because I had some decisions to make. Terence and I texted each other with out pressure and I told Terence I would return but I needed time. He understood and I did return like I said I would all because of Terence and the full explanations of both vehicles. I would recommend Terence and Burns Honda to everyone. Easy used truck purchase I saw a truck on the lot while driving by and inquired online. Applying for finance online using the dealers website was super easy and I was immediately contacted with an excellent price. When I went to test drive the truck it was already cleaned and ready out front. The sales person Bill Gromreinger was very knowledgeable. We were also given a detailed explanation of all warranties and extended coverages by Ray Kollman. We never felt any pressure and feel as though we were able to buy a nice truck for a super price. Overall This was the best used vehicle purchase I have ever made- friendly people well organized and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend and will be sure to recommend to everyone and I'll be back again the next time I'm ready to buy! More
