Alex was great to work with. My 2016 Honda Pilot reported an Emission System Failure. Burns Honda did an inspection and found that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced My 2016 Honda Pilot reported an Emission System Failure. Burns Honda did an inspection and found that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The same day, they were able to get the job done with replacing the catalytic converter as well as replace 4 wheels & do wheel alignment. A lot of the auto repair shop do not have parts and need to wait a day or two before the car is repaired. Alex was great to work with, she kept me posted on the service throughout the day! More
