I was put in touch with Joe Benasutti who was extremely responsive and straightforward. When I drove from 50 miles away, the vehicle was exactly as Joe described to me over the phone. The price offered on the internet was honored at the dealership and the transaction went seamlessly. Joe worked efficiently to get me in and out of the dealership in a way that didn't eat up my whole Saturday. Overall Joe was extremely honest, hardworking, and an all-around pleasant person to be around. I would highly recommend Joe for your new or used car needs. Separately, I also really appreciated working with Ray Kollman in the finance department. Ray was honest, low pressure and efficient. More

Experience with Burns Honda After seeing another Honda Dealership ( closer to my home), I visited Burns to see if I might improve on a possible deal. I previously saw Adrian Tho After seeing another Honda Dealership ( closer to my home), I visited Burns to see if I might improve on a possible deal. I previously saw Adrian Thomas a few months ago. Adrian was seeing another customer at the time. Thus, my wife and I saw Ventura Ruiz. He was gentlemanly to deal with and , after some back and forth dialogue.... we agreed on a deal to lease a new 2019 CR-V.In 2016, we purchased a CR-V for my wife. Our service experience with Burns has been favorable thus far. When we came in to take possession and complete the transaction ( on Wed.,Jan. 29), Ventura was not present and so Adrian took over. He was very helpful in explaining new features of our vehicle. In short, our experience at Burns has been positive and I recommend the dealership highly. More

We finally had an appointment with Joe Arena On January 14th at 11:00. When I got there, I never saw Joe, who is allegedly an expert on my car as he had attempted to fix this problem before. I was told by Nicole Judd that I would have to wait for over an hour and a half for another problem. Hmm.....I thought that appointments were just that. So, while waiting there I received a message from Becky who said that she had talked to me several months ago about upgrading. A total fabrication by her. Meanwhile, I was never told that Joe was not there. I had purposely waited while Joe was away on vacation for this time for him to fix my car. Guess what, after a three hour wait, Joe never showed up, I was told that the problem couldn't be fixed and that now I had a $300.00 bill and a new battery was necessary. I have been an unbelievably loyal customer, according to my husband to a fault, have always had checkups when required, have bought three Hondas at Burns and will now totally end my relationship with Burns and will wish anyone who falls for the charade, to be careful. More
