Great Service during this no contact Covid-19 period Joey Nahama did a great job arranging the leasing of our new 2020 Honda Accord. Sales person (Darby) was great! She stayed in constant communication with me during the days leading up to the purchase. We drove from a out of state to buy a gently used Odyssey.. unfortunately our buying experience was tainted just a but when I discovered a 1/4 in paint chip on the sliding door panel. It wasn’t taken care of and rust had set in.. Although the van was listed at a good price- the rust damage wasn’t declared prior to my arrival. The sales manager didn’t offer anything other than a free paint pen.. He’s probably a good guy but he wasn’t in the mood to budge even $100-$200 on price to offset the (ugh) feeling of having to chase rust from the get go. Manager get said they would just paint over it.. which would NOT stop the spread of the rust. $20.5K our the door and I had to sand-body filler and touch up the paint on my own. Also noticed the windshield had two dings- one with cracking. Darby later offered to reimburse me for the cost of the windshield repair. My insurance covered that so I would rather have had help fixing the rust spot- so it would look good, I’m no pro. Overall happy with the van- but my buying experience was soured by the rust spot, window chips and no real help-from the manager. More
Brian Hughes was very patient and a knowledgeable internet salesperson. He answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied. He considered all our research, including trade-in data. At settlement, everyone had a mask on for a comfortable experience in a Covid era situation. Overall, we feel we got the best deal available. We love our new 2020 Honda Accord!
