Our experience the day before at another dealership was the complete opposite. No cars in the showroom, no brochures, no computers, nothing on any of the desks. It looked like they were going out of business. And the salesman we spoke to complained about having to find cars to test drive because it was so hot and we had to wait while he ran around trying to find one. Total opposite experience at Burns. From the cars on display to the balloons to the friendly greeting from Ed it was a good experience. More

He took the time to search for the car I wanted and offered a fair price. He even negotiated better financing for me and arranged for the car to be delivered to me at home. A+ experience.
