I recently bought a new HR-V and had a wonderful experience! Jim Lynn, the representative who made the sale with me, was a really patient, kind, and helpful gentleman. He didn't try to push me into getting anything I didn't want, and I felt like he helped me find a car and trim that best suited my needs. He communicated updates to me pretty much every day while I was waiting for my vehicle to arrive. When the car came he showed me how to use all the features and was really patient when I asked questions. He also checked in with me for a few follow-up calls after I had the car to make sure I was satisfied. The dealership was also really quick about getting all the necessary paperwork through the pipeline. Their maintenance team is great too! Cannot recommend this dealership enough! They're truly second to none, and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle. More

In December 2021 I bought a 2020 Accord Touring. The purchase process went very well and we closed a deal that satisfied both of us. My salesperson was Chris Wilder in Used vehicle sales. He could not have been more accommodating in answering all my questions and on several occasions helped me with all the features the car had. This is the first car I purchased since 1976 as I had only bought several trucks in that time span. I was overwhelmed by all the features on the Accord. Additionally, in January 2022 I had a issue with a manufacturer defect. I will not go into detail but once again the issue was taken care of quickly. In this case my Service Advisor was Mike Jenkins.. He handled all the details of fixing the problem quickly. He kept me constantly informed of the progress of the repairs and called me as soon as repair was completed. Mike has a great personality and can put you at ease that all will be taken care of and properly remedied as soon as possible. My car was done in the same day. Mike even stayed a few minutes after his shift to make sure I was able to pick up my car at the end of the day and was satisfied with the repairs. With Employees like these two individuals it gives you confidence that you are dealing with a reputable dealership. Thanks Burn's and to Chris and Mike. More

I would like to see more transparency instead of car buying focus. Allow customers to have a chance to go thought the dotted line on the finance side of things instead of focus on selling the car itself buying focus. Allow customers to have a chance to go thought the dotted line on the finance side of things instead of focus on selling the car itself and explain more on the complementary of the warranty and the exchange policy. And ensure everything works before let the customer drive a way the purchase vehicle. More
