I have been a Burns customer for many years, owning many Honda vehicles over the years and a long time service department customer as well. They are 5 star. I had my Pilot in for service about 2 weeks ago and my Civic today. Once again an excellent experience with Robb Regan who has been not only our service coordinator but has become a friend. He always provides top notch professional service. His expertise and honest, respected advice is always appreciated. He always communicates in a timely manner, explains what is needed before any work is done including cost, the importance level of the service needed. He always follows up post service . Was up front and honest from the beginning pulled the car in the shop replaced what needed to be replaced without me axing. I was upfront with the price. No dealer fees. It was a great salesman. SC Michael Smith (Marlton) was transparent and helped me get a vehicle for my Wife! He even treated me to Shake Shack which i never had before! If that isn’t great customer care i don’t know what is.
