I have been a Burns customer for many years, owning many Honda vehicles over the years and a long time service department customer as well. They are 5 star. He always provides top notch professional service. His expertise and honest, respected advice is always appreciated. He always communicates in a timely manner, explains what is needed before any work is done including cost, the importance level of the service needed. He always follows up post service .
