I was a walk-in and I could see it looked busy, but a delightful young man, I believe " Nicholas Amato" approached me with a smile and proceeded to work things out for me. I needed my car serviced before a drive to the Poconos on Friday and my dashboard was saying "maintenance past due"! He managed to arrange to have my maintenance done that day while I waited. I wanted to hug him. I am an old lady and he treated me like he would his own grandmother. He told me I could wait if that was my preference, and it was! He told me what the approximate waiting time would be. He proceeded to take my information and directed me to the waiting room. A nice clean welcoming waiting room with a tv. Nick kept me appraised of what was happening with my car. I never felt forgotten. When my car was ready, he went over every detail with me. And guided me to the cashier. This is one really delightful young man. And , Lynn, the cashier, was also so pleasant . I will tell you that I woke up that morning very worried about my car. And it turned out I had a very pleasant experience with some really nice people. I can't wait till my next maintenance! Thank you ! More
I dealt with Dan Rodriguez and from the beginning it was a pleasure dealing with him and Burns Honda concerning my Honda Odyssey. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional thru out the w a pleasure dealing with him and Burns Honda concerning my Honda Odyssey. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional thru out the whole process of getting my vehicle diagnosed and repaired. We had warranty insurance and he gladly led the way of processing a claim, getting a loaner vehicle and keeping us informed the whole time it was in their shop for the repairs. I would recommend Burns Honda and ask for Dan Rodriguez. I will definitely be back for future service and a new vehicle when the time comes! More
