From the minute I stepped into the showroom at Burns Honda, I was treated politely and respectfully. Over the years we have purchased 2 Odyssey vans from Burns Honda in Marlton, and are very pleased with the consistently fine care we have received from them. Robb Regan, Supervisor of the Red Team, who cared for my van this week, was particularly knowledgeable and kind. The facility is always clean, (and the donuts and coffee delicious!). There is an Internet connection for the use of customers, and a comfy place to sit and read available for those who do not want to be bombarded by the TV. Some say Dealership auto service, in general, is more expensive than taking your vehicle somewhere else. Don't know if that is so or not, but every penny we have spent at Burns Honda in Marlton assures we are safe and that no short-cuts have been taken. Confidence while on the road is what matters. I got an online price for an accord from this dealership. I went over all additional charges--sales tax, destination, tire fee tax, etc and went to the dealership to purchase the car. Then, all of a sudden, the price changed. $695 dealer package, that was never mentioned. I told him I did not want it (the pinstriping was not on the car, but I would still have to purchase it!) The salesman wanted to go talk to a sales manager about seeing what he could do about the price. I was totally dissatisfied that they just wasted my time. So I left, and purchased the car at another dealership. If your time is valuable (mine is), don't waste your time at Burns. Check other reviews on this website, and purchase elsewhere. More
