The Sales team is only worried about one thing, and that is their wallets. The same can be said for the management team, who have been less than helpful and as rude as can be. This dealership should be ashamed of the way they do business. I came in for a simple damage appraisal and I never got such information. I was taken by a salesperson, only to be told it would be better if I got a new car. I agreed to look however, I still wanted the option to fix my car. I never heard another word about my damaged car after asking several times and I was pushed into believing I was "getting a deal". I was getting a deal alright, and from what I see now, 12 days into my lease is that I got taken advantage of for being a young woman by myself. I was charged $3,000 over sticker price and I still have not been told why. I have called the dealership and I have spoken to the GM who was rude and completely heartless. He told me that "we dont sell cars to take them back. We are not going to take the car back." and although that is fine, it is no way to do business. If a customer calls and says they were unhappy with the whole experience and felt rushed into getting a new car, you help them out. Not at Burns Honda! They are just worried about themselves and their pockets! I will never return to this dealership to do business and I have contacted American Honda and the BBB. STAY FAR AWAY, these people are thieves!!!! More

Great prices, great people, and more than fair staff. I can tell you it was a total 180 from the last car dealer I visited just down the street a week ago (Leniham Jeep). The people at Burns truly care and are truly passionate about not only closing the sale but making sure you don't have a buyers remorse. I guess if I sold a quality vehicle I could stand behind my promises like they have. It is true Honda for life (this being my first of many), but be sure to make it a Burns Honda for life if you are local. More

Ms. McNamee (I hope I spelled her name correctly) also was very pleasant and professional, explaining in detail our financing and other options. I was disappointed with the trade-in value applied to our 2003 MINI Cooper, but, overall, our experience at Burns Honda and with Ms. McNamee and Ms. Davey, in particular, was topnotch. I would definitely recommend Burns Honda to others and we certainly would purchase another vehicle there. I don't want to forget to mention that we were recommended to Burns Honda and Ms. Davey, in particular, by our sister-in-law and my brother-in-law (my wife's brother) who have bought all of their Hondas at Burns and Ms. Davey was their salesperson for all of those purchases.
