From our first visit, Gene was extremely engaged and helpful in taking care of our needs. And when it came down to decision time and the introduction to our new Edge and it's systems, he was very thorou helpful in taking care of our needs. There was no pressure to do anything we were not fully comfortable with. Freddy was also very accommodating, friendly and thoughtful as he took us through all the paperwork for our new vehicle. From start to finish the experience was enjoyable. When Carl first approached us he asked what type of vehicle were we looking for. He wanted to know if we wanted him to follow us or did we want to go look by ourselves. We chose to look by ourselves to start and he returned to the showroom. From the showroom he noticed us looking at two particular vehicles. He took the remote, while still in the showroom, and opened both vehicles for us to look inside. After giving us a few minutes he walked out and asked if we had any questions and began showing us the differences between the two and how to operate some features. We selected which vehicle we were interested in and asked he prepare an estimate on trade-in and purchase of the new vehicle. While we did not actually time it, it seemed the entire process took 20 to 30 minutes and he presented an acceptable deal the first time. Not only was Carl friendly and courteous, the entire staff that we dealt with made this a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Burns Ford will be our dealer of choice and will be highly recommended to family and friends. More
Went to buy a truck, did not have time to waste time. We were straightforward and salesman was as well. Told him what we wanted before we came, he had it ready for us to look at. We cut the deal, and told him we were in a hurry to leave how quick can we do paperwork. We were in and out of there in less than two hours, now that is how we like to buy a vehicle. That time included us looking, test driving, cutting the deal and doing the paperwork. Great job! More
