Brian Heffernan sold me my 2011 Ford Edge. He was one of the nicest salespersons I have every worked with. When I have my car serviced or if I just have a "quick problem" to ask someone how to fix it - the nicest salespersons I have every worked with. I have followed him as he has worked for a few other dealerships. My experience at Burns far exceeds my current expectations in comparison to the past experiences I have had with other dealerships. It's very apparent that this dealership makes it very easy for Brian to do his job by giving him the ability to offer a great price and overall value to the purchase of a vehicle coupled by the least restrictive of procedures or hassle. Brian is very efficient and personalble. I've grown accustom to his exceptional customer service and that's why I pursue him for help in all my vehicle purchases. Excellent buying experience.. We drove from Columbia,S.C. to make the deal.. I would drive 500 miles to deal with these folks.. They treat you like family, and my wife and I were very comfortable from start to make the deal.. I would drive 500 miles to deal with these folks.. While traveling last weekend our Ford truck broke down and we had a repair done at an out of town Ford dealer. Upon our return home we realized the part was defective.....and that we had to go back to ano and we had a repair done at an out of town Ford dealer. Upon our return home we realized the part was defective.....and that we had to go back to another local Ford. Even though we do not regularly go to Burns Ford, they went out of their way to get the part we needed in and repaired our truck immediately according to the Ford warranty. The service staff was friendly, welcoming and very professional. I also found out that they are willing to drive clients back home even if they are in the next town over..which is above and beyond customer service. I highly recommend this Ford service department and will return. More

our sales person was very attentive and helpful. He did tell us however that the truck we purchased had sirrus satalite and a nav system. When my husband came back the following working day to get a briefi tell us however that the truck we purchased had sirrus satalite and a nav system. When my husband came back the following working day to get a briefing on the trucks workings and systems, he found that not to be true. The man he spoke to spent 15 mins explaining how the sirrus system worked and he explained that it would be free for three months and then optional to renew, when they went out to the truck it was "oops, you don't have it". Kevin, the salesman, told us on the test drive that we had a nav system that worked with verbal commands. That must be another "oops" because we don't have that. I know we could get those items installed after factory,for a cost, but we bought the truck with the verbal assurance that we had them. Am really disappointed and confused by this. More

I have been buyibg vehicles from Burns Ford for 10 years. It is such a pleasure to deal with Gene & Robert. They know the type of vehicles we use and the options we have to have. There is never any haggel It is such a pleasure to deal with Gene & Robert. They know the type of vehicles we use and the options we have to have. There is never any haggeling over the price because we have already estabilished the margings and its usually a matter of selecting a vehicle. Our Van purchases require a Specific Bin package that usually is included with the purchase and Burns knows what that package need to look like and thay have it done before the Van is even delivered to the lot. Vehicles are always clean upon delivery and full of gas. The paper work is a snap to complete. Recently purchased four (4) trucks and the paper work took less that 30 minutes. I have dealt with other dealers since I have been running a business myself and the paper work was always the most dreaded part of the purchase. This is not the case with Gene and Burns. If there is no vehicle in their inventory, Burns will find one, have it on site at the Bin installer in one day. More
