When we entered Burns Ford , Mr Boan greeted us with a friendly smile and asked us the reason for our visit today He was very professional . Seth was very friendly and professional also in explaining the Dealer Rater program and how he would appreciate it if we could go on line and rate our visit. With previous vehicles I have had I would always get my car serviced somewhere besides the dealership because i always heard they were expensive but I found out with Burns Ford that is not the case. My husband and I were very pleased with the staff and the good service we got on yesterday's visit. Thank-You Burns Ford! More

Each member of the staff we worked with were very geniune people. They were friendly and we felt comfortable working with them. Brian was not pushy and let us decide on our own time table. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change tire rotation Ect. "the works" and was informed, I had a oil leak that sprayed oil on my front brake rotars, which had to be cleaned. I also was told I needed fro Ect. "the works" and was informed, I had a oil leak that sprayed oil on my front brake rotars, which had to be cleaned. I also was told I needed front brakes. Upon getting all that taken care of, a crack in the master cylinder was discovered so that had to be replaced. I am thankful that under the direction of Paul Boan and consulting with Al Twedt the service performed with a knowledgeable and conscientious work ethic finding the problems and addressing them explaining the problem and the plan to repair/resolve, in a manner giving genuine care and consideration, to me the customer. An added touch if they need extra time, if a part is out of stock or to make sure no more leaks after the repair is completed, to give a loaner vehicle so the customer is not sitting around for hours waiting. My Husband John and I appreciate Burns Ford, Lancaster SC., and have been a customers since 2009, we Trust their advise and that the repairs they suggest will keep us safe in our vehicle. The entire staff all have great Customer Service skills and ALWAYS take care of us, their customer, this is why we keep coming back and certainly recommend Burns Ford of Lancaster, SC. It started in Nov '12 when I first walked into the dealership, I dealt with Levi Jones when i purchased my new 2012 F150 and has continued through the service department, I took my truck in for it's first oil change and the service guy noticed I had something in my back tire he went ahead and reapired it FREE! I cannot say enough about the friendly staff you have throughout! I will definitely recommend others as well as make any future purchases through you!
