When we entered Burns Ford , Mr Boan greeted us with a friendly smile and asked us the reason for our visit today He was very professional . With previous vehicles I have had I would always get my car serviced somewhere besides the dealership because i always heard they were expensive but I found out with Burns Ford that is not the case. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change tire rotation Ect. "the works" and was informed, I had a oil leak that sprayed oil on my front brake rotars, which had to be cleaned. Upon getting all that taken care of, a crack in the master cylinder was discovered so that had to be replaced. I am thankful that under the direction of Paul Boan and consulting with Al Twedt the service performed with a knowledgeable and conscientious work ethic finding the problems and addressing them explaining the problem and the plan to repair/resolve, in a manner giving genuine care and consideration, to me the customer. An added touch if they need extra time, if a part is out of stock or to make sure no more leaks after the repair is completed, to give a loaner vehicle so the customer is not sitting around for hours waiting. My Husband John and I appreciate Burns Ford, Lancaster SC., and have been a customers since 2009, we Trust their advise and that the repairs they suggest will keep us safe in our vehicle.
