Superb Experience I had inquired about a particular Mustang that I was having trouble finding in Charlotte and within 2 days Mr. Burns had the car I wanted on his lot. I had inquired about a particular Mustang that I was having trouble finding in Charlotte and within 2 days Mr. Burns had the car I wanted on his lot. I arrived and was greeted promptly and professionally. The car I was there to see was right in front waiting for me! Carl was great during the test drive even offering to let me go alone. Kevin was great in the finance department and answered all my questions. Seth helped me set up my phone with the Bluetooth and showed me all the bells and whistle of the car. Kelly the customer service rep was also very nice and conversational. I received this excellent service all under 2 hours. My time is important to me so I appreciated the team work and swift process at Burns Ford. I would most definitely refer anyone looking for a new Ford to this fabulous team. More

That weekend i went to tow my two show trucks to kentucky for a show and 3/4 of the way up saluda mtn. i lost all power and was smokin like crazy...limped truck to burns ford service dept got right on it found the problem and again saved me $$$$....eplained to me what happend and what needed to be done.. i am very pleased with their work and prices...will definetly reccomend burns and will return myself for any work needed done.. The service department said they would have two people to work on my explorer so I would be out as soon as possible. What would have taken three hours only took around one hour and ten minutes. I love the fast friendly service. More
