Very disappointed in the service of my patched tire. I was in a week prior with a nail in my tire and they patched it. Returned one week later because air deflated in same tire. When I brought it back I was in a week prior with a nail in my tire and they patched it. Returned one week later because air deflated in same tire. When I brought it back to dealership they found a piece of metal in same tire and said it must have been a new puncture. I feel like they missed it the week prior. What are the chances of same tire week later with another puncture with air leak. I feel I should not have been charged for the second tire patch on same tire. We have been servicing our Tahoe there for years and this was just bad customer service. You don't lose a customer over a $35.00 tire patch. We will not be bringing our Tahoe back to this location for any service. More
