Purchasing was ok, but the service department doesn’t communicate well between the reps and the techs. We had our oil changed and we were warned they were running behind-fine. We wait the 3 1/2 hours wit communicate well between the reps and the techs. We had our oil changed and we were warned they were running behind-fine. We wait the 3 1/2 hours without any updates. Then I look out and my truck is sitting in the parking lot!!! There is no telling how long it was sitting there or how much longer it would’ve sat there before we were told it was ready. Our service rep had gone to lunch or left or who knows without any communication! I was told that they did receive other calls and a lot was going on! It’s frustrating being treated so poorly after purchasing! More

George was very helpful, Little George was amazing with his patience and attuite with my children. We were in a Nissan from the dealer and we took it back and bought a new RST Z71 and we are happy with ou his patience and attuite with my children.
