Been waiting a couple of months to find the Chevrolet Tahoe Rst and right financial situation. Search and seen that Burns Chevrolet in Rockhill SC had one available. So submitted my deal online first then spoke with George (salesman) to lock in my deal and all was left is come in sign and provide my check. I tried to set up an appointment for Saturday but he insisted that I needed to get there before that. So it's Wednesday when speaking, called him back said I'll be there @ 10am Thursday morning (I live in Columbia Sc). I arrived @10:10am only to be told the car sold late the previous night...so I asked him why didn't you call so I wouldn't have driven an hour and took the day off? The claimed he didn't know until I got there...so of course I boiling mad. Here's the worst part, I went back to my car sitting for a few minutes cooling down then a couple pulls up from a test drive opening all the doors..car haven't even sold yet but they decided to lie looking right in my face. I lost a days pay, time and gas. Worst experience ever. More
